MeetING the Moment
Working people who keep Louisiana running are struggling to keep up with rent and put food on the table as cost of living skyrockets and wages remain stagnant. While Louisiana politicians and wealthy corporations are filling their pockets and refusing to pay us what we deserve, ONE is taking the next step to change that.
Organizing for a New Economy is the strategic next step of Step Up Louisiana’s legacy of economic justice work. We are carrying forward worker organizing and the Organizer in Training (OIT) program with a robust team and core group of members to be more vigorous in our issue area and expand statewide.
Give light and people will find the way.
